Do the A4119 road works at Mwyndy comply with the Welsh Government's updated guidance on road building projects?

The future road building tests set out the circumstances under which the Welsh Government will consider investment in roads. The A4119 road works are not funded by Welsh Government, so the road building tests do not apply.
