Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on any plans the Welsh Government has to build a bypass through Lower Town, Fishguard?

Our current list of improvements is contained in the National Transport Delivery Plan National transport delivery plan 2022 to 2027 | GOV.WALES. We will continue to monitor sections of the network which experience congestion and identify solutions aligning with the Wales Transport Strategy where required.
