Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm the total value of council tax premiums paid to local authorities over the last 12 months?

The Welsh Government does not hold this information. Council tax revenue is not held by the Welsh Government centrally or paid out to local authorities from the Welsh Government. Council tax is a locally collected tax. We encourage local authorities to publish this information on their websites.
