Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm the timetable for the development of the new orthopaedic unit at Llandudno Hospital?

I can confirm the new Regional Orthopaedic Hub at Llandudno Hospital is currently scheduled to open and treat its first patients from 3 March 2025.
