Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on plans to build a new bridge to replace the Old Bassaleg Bridge in Newport?

We have allocated £1.2m from our Resilient Roads Fund to Newport City Council in 2024-25 to design a replacement for Bassaleg bridge.
