Will the Cabinet Secretary provide the full amount of money that has been given to charity over the last 3 years from the single use carrier bags charge?

The Single Use Carrier Bag (Wales) Regulations (2010) requires sellers to publish data relating to single use carrier bag sales either on their websites or in their stores, with small businesses being exempt from this requirement. There is no requirement to report this data directly to the Welsh Government, therefore, it is not held centrally.
