Will the Cabinet Secretary outline how many developers have signed up to the legally-binding documentation regarding the Welsh Building Safety Developer Loan Scheme?

Eleven developers have signed up to the Welsh Government’s Developer Contract.
The developer loan scheme remains available for large developers who have signed up to our contract.
To date there has been no uptake of the scheme.
