Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the Welsh Government's plans for Gilestone Farm?

Following the Written Statement of 29 January the site has continued to be managed appropriately and the Welsh Government’s well-established principles for use and disposal of land and property assets have been engaged.
Commercial discussions are ongoing with a number of interested parties surrounding the long-term future of the site. As these discussions are ongoing, we will not be commenting publicly on the details at this point.
My officials have established a strong working relationship with the Usk Valley Ospreys community group who are supporting our work protecting the ospreys at the site. Local community consultation will be undertaken before any formal decisions are made on the long-term future of the site.
