Further to WQ93265, will the Cabinet Secretary provide clear timescales for when the Welsh Government's consultation will take place?

As I advised on 20 June, consultation on a review of permitted development rights for air source heat pumps, off-street EV charging, reverse vending machines, temporary campsites, and natural flooding will be carried out later this year.
