Has the Welsh Government funded the current works being carried out on the A4119 in Rhondda Cynon Taff?

Whilst Welsh Government provided funding towards earlier development work, implementation of the scheme by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is being carried out without further Welsh Government funding.
