Question
What discussions will the Cabinet Secretary have with the UK Government regarding plans to boost nuclear energy in Wales?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for the Economy, Transport and North Wales
My predecessor met with the new Secretary of State the day after he was appointed where Wylfa was referenced. Discussions were extremely constructive and, over the coming weeks and months, I will be following up in more detail on the opportunity that both Wylfa and Trawsfynydd sites provide.
