What discussion has the Cabinet Secretary had with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council in light of the planned closure of the Rhigos mountain road, given that residents in Rhondda Fawr that rely on the maternity ward at the Prince Charles Hospital will now see their journey time nearly doubled?

Maintenance of the local road network is a matter for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council as the relevant Highway Authority. The Welsh Government are not involved in the process regarding the road closure.
