The purpose of the grant funding provided to the Ethnic Youth Support Team was to deliver the All-Wales BAME Engagement programme, supporting 4 posts to engage with, to provide advice surgeries in every local authority area through Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic champion organisations and to support the delivery of aspects of the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan.
