Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether all Transport for Wales platform staff are trained to accomodate disabled passengers and utilise the disability access tools on site?

All Transport for Wales platform and onboard staff receive role specific training in the use of disability access tools. All of Transport for Wales’s customer-facing staff also receive accessibility and inclusion training.
