Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm which local authorities have adopted the corporate parenting charter?

As advised in WQ93756, the following local authorities have confirmed they have adopted the Charter.
• Blaenau-Gwent
• Bridgend
• Caerphilly
• Conwy
• Flintshire
• Merthyr Tydfil
• Monmouthshire
• Neath-Port Talbot
• Newport
• Pembrokeshire
• Powys
• Rhondda-Cynon-Taf
• Swansea
• Torfaen
• Vale of Glamorgan
• Wrexham
• Ynys Mon
We are working with the remaining authorities with the aim of achieving full sign up of all 22 local authorities by the Autumn.
