What are the predicted Welsh Government spending commitments related to diabetes in 2025?

The Welsh Government does not provide specific funding for diabetes care. Health boards are provided an allocation to meet the needs of their population and funding is subsequently allocated by the health board for the delivery of services. Spending on specialist diabetes care is reported retrospectively on StatsWales, although this does not account for all health board expenditure relating to the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
