Does the First Minister agree with comments made by the now Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care in the Senedd's Health and Social Care Committee on 19 June 2024 that the Royal Colleges are unaccountable and self-serving organisations?

The Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care was a member of the Senedd’s Health and Social Care Committee on 19 June 2024 and not a member of the Cabinet.
