What plans does the Cabinet Secretary have to increase the number of cycling routes between Cardiff and Newport?

In addition to active travel support from core allocation and transport grants, the Transport for Wales Unit taking forward the Lord Burns recommendations continue to support the Local Authorities to develop ambitious proposals for a continuous, segregated active travel link between the two cities.
