How many more pensioners in Wales does the Welsh Government expect will be pushed into poverty as a result of the UK Government's cuts to the winter fuel allowance?

I am encouraged to receive DWP figures showing a 115% uptake on Pension Credit and other benefits between 29 July and 9 September.
