What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with representatives of the independent education sector about the impact of the introduction of VAT on private-school fees in Wales?

Policies around VAT are reserved to the UK Government. Officials have written to all independent schools in Wales encouraging them to have their voice heard by responding to the UK Government’s public consultation on the draft legislation which closed on 15 September.
