What assessment has the Welsh Government made of proposals contained within the Natural Resources Wales Case for Change consultation documents?

My officials have engaged with NRW’s as it developed its proposals and continues to engage with it to understand the impact and ramification if these were to be implemented, particularly in relation to the delivery of its front-line services and legal obligations as an environmental regulator.
