Question
What discussion has the Welsh Government had with the UK Government on the potential introduction of a pay-per-mile car tax for motorists?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
Taxation matters are reserved to the UK Government; however, while there have been no specific discussions on pay-per-mile car taxation, I continue to engage with the UK Government on a range of transport related issues.
