What support is available to freelancers who have not been paid for services that they have delivered?

Welsh Government encourages all businesses using freelancers to act responsibly and ensure prompt and proper payment mechanisms are in place. Creative Wales undertakes extensive due diligence on our production funding projects to ensure that business applying for funding are assessed against many factors, including their ability to properly deliver a particular project and their overall financial viability. There are also detailed monitoring processes in place with all supported projects to ensure projects deliver as planned.
