What percentage of primary school children have opted to receive universal primary free school meals?

Welsh Government does not hold pupil-level data on the take up of Universal Primary Free School Meals. Grant management data, however, indicates that 75% of the meals available to eligible pupils in attendance at school, are being taken up.
