What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the levels of sewage in rivers in each of the last 3 years?

River water quality monitoring, which includes monitoring sewage discharges, is undertaken by Natural Resources Wales. NRW publishes annual environmental performance reports for both companies operating in Wales.
