Question
Will the Welsh Government publish the relevant terms of reference, governance arrangements and resourcing implications underpinning the agreement with the UK Government to collaborate on reducing NHS waiting times in Wales?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care
Our established intergovernmental mechanisms for working with the UK Government on a range of health and social care issues is working well.
In addition, a new team of experts has been appointed to work with the Welsh Government to help improve NHS performance and productivity. The Ministerial Advisory Group is part of intensive work to cut long waiting times and builds on commitments between the Welsh and UK governments to share good practice and work together.
