What discussions is the Cabinet Secretary having with the distribution sub-groups about reforming the funding formula?

The funding formula continues to be kept under review on an annual basis by the distribution sub group. The work of this group is overseen by my Finance Sub Group with Local Government Leader representatives. The distribution sub group work programme can be found at the following link, which includes work on updating elements of the funding formula.
