Will the First Minister confirm which Cabinet Secretary has been assigned to make a decision based on the planning inspector's report on the planning application at Heol y Cefn, Blackwood, and when a decision can be expected, in light of comments made during First Minister's Questions on 8 October 2024?

The Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning will be responsible for determining this planning appeal. The case is under active consideration and a decision will be issued as soon as possible.
