What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of losses of equipment and supplies from NHS premises?

I refer to my earlier reply to WQ94555. No organisations have contacted Welsh Government to obtain Ministerial consent where assets over £50k have been lost. This includes losses of equipment and supplies.
Any items lost, stolen or destroyed under £50k should be reviewed by the NHS organisation and actions taken to ensure that it does not happen again.
