What steps is the Cabinet Secretary taking to encourage new butchers to practice in Wales?

Food Innovation Wales and the Food and Drink Skills Wales Programme provide and promote the availability of butchery courses.
In addition, Cambrian Training run a Butchery Academy for apprentice butchers to achieve Level 2 Certificates for Proficiency in Meat and Poultry Industry Skills.
