Question
What specific metrics will be included in the monitoring and evaluation of the new Green Homes pilot?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government
The Green Homes Wales scheme pilot is being administered by the Development Bank of Wales, who will be gathering the data and information associated with the scheme.
A monitoring and evaluation framework has been created including a process evaluation of customer journey including the barriers to uptake, carbon impact evaluation and cost benefit analysis. This information and analytics on uptake will be used to analyse the future scalability of the programme and the appropriateness of supported measures.
