Does the Cabinet Secretary expect that the Welsh Government will meet the target of delivering 20,000 new low carbon homes for social rent by 2026?

Social housing is a key priority for the Welsh Government, as shown by the ambitious commitment to deliver 20,000 new low carbon homes for rent within the social sector during this Senedd term. We have a strong pipeline of development and continue to make progress towards achieving the target.
