To what extent is the Welsh Government involved with the UK Government's national conversation to help shape its 10 Year Health Plan?

I am working with the UK Government Secretary of State for Health to explore where there are opportunities to work more closely together to share best practice and to consider how we can improve outcomes and waiting times for people on both sides of the border.
Wales has a long-term health and care plan, called A Healthier Wales.
