What is the Cabinet Secretary's response to Healthcare Inspectorate Wales's report on the Hafan y Coed Mental Health Unit, published on 23 October 2024?

We recognise the importance for the public and patients in having confidence in the services provided and the integral role Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) play in providing these assurances around quality and standards of care. The health board is committed to addressing all the areas highlighted in the report and has developed an improvement plan with a comprehensive set of actions which has been agreed with HIW. We will monitor progress through their Integrated Quality Planning and Delivery meetings.
