Question
What proportion of the £1.7 billion of consequential funding to Wales through the UK Government's autumn budget will be used to meet the cost of reimbursing increases in employer National Insurance contributions in the public sector?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Welsh Language
We are expecting additional money from the UK Government to cover the cost of the employer National Insurance contributions to the devolved public sector in Wales, over and above the amount allocated at the UK Budget.
