What is the estimated cost of the changes to employer national insurance contributions on secondary schools in Wales for the 2025-26 financial year?

Changes as a result of employer national insurance contributions will be assessed through the ongoing budget setting process for the 2025-26 financial year.
The UK Government has acknowledged the changes will increase costs for public sector employers and will provide support with additional costs associated with these changes.
