Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether the Welsh Government is currently waiting for Powys Teaching Health Board to provide a proposal for a new health hub and facility in Newtown?

As referenced in my reply to WQ94757, the Health Board has been asked to consider options around phasing the proposed development with funding from a range of sources, including traditional NHS capital and the Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund. Once the revised proposal is received, my officials will scrutinise and provide advice for my consideration.
