Question
Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm what training is available for all train staff members on how to handle aggressive behaviour on trains?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
All Transport for Wales onboard and platform staff members receive conflict management training. This is supported by CCTV onboard trains, the provision of body-worn cameras for frontline staff and partnership working with the British Transport Police to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
