What checks exist on contractors carrying out work in Welsh homes as part of energy company obligation (ECO4) schemes?

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme is a UK Government energy efficiency scheme designed to tackle fuel poverty and help reduce carbon emissions. Welsh Government does not have a role in its administration.
