How much has the Commission spent in the 2023-24 financial year to employ diversity, and LGBTQ+ inclusion officers?

The Commission employs two permanent, full-time equivalent staff who are solely responsible for diversity and inclusion, namely the Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Officer. The Head of Organisational Development, Learning and Inclusion has oversight as team leader.
The total cost of employing the two dedicated Diversity and Inclusion staff members amounts to £100,663, including salary and on costs, as well as National Insurance and pensions contributions.
