Question
What discussions is the Cabinet Secretary having with the tourism industry on the challenges that they are facing?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning
I recently met with the Visitor Economy Forum to discuss matters affecting the tourism and hospitality sectors. Visit Wales engages with the industry on regular basis as well as working in close partnership with the Regional Tourism Fora and keep me updated. My officials also work closely with the industry-led Wales Tourism and Hospitality Skills Partnership to address skills and recruitment issues facing businesses.
