Will the First Minister state on which Cabinet Secretary authorised the dinner at Zou Zou's in New York in 2022 which cost a total of $30,293.31?

The spend came from the wider 2021-22 International Relations budget, part of the First Minister’s portfolio and which was approved by Cabinet, did not require additional Ministerial approval as it was part of the standard overseas office network activity used to promote Wales over the St David’s Day period.
