What efforts is the Cabinet Secretary making to improve late-night train services between south Wales and Bristol?

Transport for Wales do not operate services to Bristol. However, I have regular engagement with GWR regarding their services to and from Wales and TfW work closely with GWR to implement operational plans during major events - which regularly includes additional services between south Wales and Bristol.
One of our key asks of rail reform is a greater role for Welsh Ministers in the specification of rail services to and from Wales.
