What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the timing and content of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s 2024-25 winter resilience plan?

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s 2024-25 winter resilience plan was discussed at their last Board meeting on November 28th.
My officials will discuss the plan with the health board through the regular reporting mechanisms that are in place. I will also discuss winter resilience at the next regular meeting I have with the Chair of the health board.
