Question
Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm if the extension announced in the draft budget of the Help-to-Buy scheme by a further 18 months will also mean a change in the maximum price threshold for properties eligible under the scheme from £300,000?

I announced in a Written Statement on 16 December that the Help to Buy Wales scheme will be extended unchanged for 18 months from 1 April 2025.
