Question
Has the Welsh Government considered introducing an official and voluntary scheme for Senedd Members to house a) asylum seekers, and b) irregular migrants?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Trefnydd and Chief Whip
It is the responsibility of the Home Office to accommodate any asylum seekers in Wales. There are no plans for any dedicated Welsh Government schemes for Senedd Members.
