When will the economic and environmental impact assessments of the 170 kg N/ha from livestock manures limit be published to inform future deployment of the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021, as set out by the then Minister for Rural Affairs on 5 October 2022?
