Will the Cabinet Secretary state the maximum amount of money that Welsh Ministers could receive based on charge code 1123 4238 0005 against Snowdonia Hotel Limited?

The recent change of ownership of Snowdonia Hotel Ltd does not change the status of the financial relationship that Welsh Government has with previously related parties. All grants are now out of conditions and the outstanding debt remains secured against the residual assets of the borrower.
