Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm on what date the Government received the final report of the work carried out on the possible long-term institutional structures for Arfor and the Valleys by Professor Kevin Morgan and others and confirm when the work will be published?

The report was received in Summer 2024. I will be considering the advice received in the report and the publication of the report shortly.
