How much has the Welsh Government spent on its Nation of Sanctuary plan, excluding any support for Ukrainian refugees?

A full breakdown of expenditure between April 2019 and March 2024 for Nation of Sanctuary-related projects was provided to the Member under WQ93398. Any project line directly related to Ukraine includes the word ‘Ukraine’. Several of the other budgets also provided some support for Ukrainians but the extent cannot be quantified.
